Raising your own Chickens

Learn how to pasture raise a small flock of chickens (2-50) in your backyard or small farm. We will discuss and demonstrate some of the techniques involved to sustainably raise chickens for eggs (layers) or meat (broilers). The workshop will give a broad overview of topics such as housing, feed, pasture, fencing, water, predator control and others.
