Make your own Biodiesel Reactor!

THIS WORKSHOP HAS BEEN POSTPONED>>PLEASE contact us if you are interested in it and we will inform you  the next time it is scheduled.

Biodiesel is a clean, green fuel produced from waste cooking oil that can be used in any diesel vehicle. It doesn’t contribute to greenhouse gases and doesn’t pollute the air. During the two-day workshop, you will build a small inexpensive, backyard “homebrew” reactor with the capacity to brew over 200 litres per week. A complete construction guide and parts list will be available.

This workshop is really hands-on, so expect to get dirty. Here is a list of things we suggest you bring:

  • Tent
  • Sleeping bag
  • Flashlight
  • Personal stuff
  • Sun hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Pen and notebook
  • Camera
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Snacks (we will provide all meals)

Fee includes vegetarian meals and camping.

Please arrive in time to set up your tent and be in the Round Room for the workshop at 7:00pm on Friday!
