Farmers In The Schools

In 2006, through generous funding from the Laidlaw Foundation, we successfully launched a new curriculum-tied initiative called Farmers in the Schools. The program is designed to enlist the curiosity of children while investigating and learning about food, soils, plants and animals.

The program consists of 3 units led in the classroom by Everdale farmers (Soils, Plants, and Animals) and a fourth unit (Humans & Community) taking place here at the farm. If you would like more information about this program, please contact:
