Refund/Return Policy

When you purchase seedlings from Everdale, our staff will do their best to answer your gardening questions (and be honest if they don't know the answer). Similarly, we try to recommend you to other local businesses if there are plants that we do not grow. Everdale does not have a strict policy around returns/refunds because working with living plants involves several complicated variables and we try to be flexible. If you encounter issues with your purchased seedlings, particularly in the immediate week after purchase, we want to know. This quick communication helps to alert us to check if something was mismanaged by our team, and also gives you the best chance of troubleshooting the issue. We will have to assess on a case-by-case basis about how to fairly provide support if a customer has issues with their seedlings. We have rarely heard about issues that we can trace back to our greenhouse or growing practices, but often can give advice on plant care (or condolences if a snap freeze killed your cucumbers).
