Bring your team to Everdale for an inspiring farm-based team building experience for your business or organization. Your team will be contributing to a healthy future, building strong communities, and a sustainable local food system. As one of the very first Harvest Share farms in Ontario, Everdale has been a trail blazer of the local food movement for over 20 years and specializes in education, food security and hosting farm groups of adults and children effectively. Take a break from the daily routine and come and enjoy the view from our 50-acre organic farm, nestled in the beautiful hills of Wellington County.
When your team comes to the farm they will:

Have a positive social impact on your community by helping to grow and harvest fresh food to directly support hunger relief

Do light work in the vegetable fields alongside Everdale’s amazing team of farmers and program staff

Strengthen and improve communication between team members which fosters innovation and trust in your team

What does a typical Team Building day look like?

The cost is $28/person for a 4 hour visit (usually 9 am to 1 pm or noon until 4 pm but we are flexible in terms if timing).

If arriving at 9 am, your day would look something like this (there is flexibility in this schedule if your group has specific needs)

30 minutes for tea/coffee and an introduction to Everdale's role in the Good Food Project

A 45 minute walking tour of the farm
-
2 hours of light work alongside our farmers helping to grow food for community members unable to afford it
-
30 minute lunch provided by Everdale
-
15 minute farewell
