Bring your team to Everdale for an inspiring farm-based Team Building experience!
Revitalize your Team and help harvest fresh food for Everdale's Good Food Project, providing food for community members in need. Take a break from the daily routine and immerse your team in our fifty-acre organic farm. Forests, veggie fields, hills, gardens, and valleys --- we have it all!

Everdale has been a trail blazing Community Farm Centre for over 25 years. Our award-winning programs include food/farming education, farm camp, digital detox retreats, music festival fundraisers, forest cabins, and more.

When your team comes to the farm they will:

Have a positive social impact on your community by helping to grow and harvest fresh food for community members in need

Do light work in the vegetable fields alongside Everdale’s amazing team of farmers and program staff

Strengthen and improve communication between team members which fosters innovation and trust in your team

What does a typical Team Building day look like?

$25/person (minimum $400 total)

Add-on Options

Some groups plan to stay for longer than 4 hours so they can have some self-directed team building time. Our community centre and the surrounding courtyards are yours for the day. You could have a meeting inside there if you want to. Or, you could just have free time to explore our farm (fields, forest trail, gardens, cedar labyrinth, etc.). There is no extra charge for staying longer as long as your activities are self-directed and do not require Everdale program staff.

Another option is to make your own pizzas in our wood-fired pizza oven. We supply all the ingredients and supervise the pizza oven. The cost is $30/person and includes salad and drinks. We can cater the ingredients to your group’s needs (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.). This option adds 90 minutes to your Team Building Day.

You are also welcome to bring your own boxed lunch. We ask that you try to make the event as close to zero-waste as you can, and that you take any garbage with you when you leave.
What to bring

Refillable water bottles. The well water here is excellent and tested regularly. Please do not bring disposable plastic water bottles.

Any other food or drink that you want. We will be providing coffee, tea, cold drinks, and light snacks.
